Frances Kahn offers ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. Shipping times vary; we estimate you will receive your order within 5 – 7 business days of its ship date.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12 pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States.
For any reason you are not satisfied with your Frances Kahn purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price. You are fully responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. You may use any carrier of your choice, however, we recommend that you use trackable service and insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Once approved, customer service will issue an RA #. The RA # provided must clearly be marked on your package and the RA slip must be inside your package or the return will be refused.

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 – 7 business days of receipt. Should you have any questions, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer exchanges, but if you would like to purchase an item in lieu of what you originally bought, please return the item, using the return steps above, and simply place a new order for the item that you would like. A refund from the return will be applied towards the new purchase.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
If we have shipped the incorrect order or defective item, please email email@example.com with the subject heading of ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM (or) DEFECTIVE ITEM, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the piece. They will provide further instructions on how to return. Please e-mail us and return the incorrect or defective item within 14 days of the received date.
